RETURNS

All items are applicable for exchange except for Sales Item on www.yimanuel.com are exchangeable and returnable within 365 days from the date of purchase.Items that are damaged, marked or altered by the customer will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we've sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will bear the postage fees of shipping item back to us during the return process. Kindly note that the shipping fees for the return process will not be covered and your refund will be processed based on the original purchaser’s payment method.
